- Cracks, from any impact, at any angle

- Peeling, lifting or edge separation
- Bubbles that appear after a correct fit

- A shield removed and refitted to a different device
- Deliberate destruction — we can tell
Broke the device itself? Our workshop handles screens, glass and batteries at published prices.
The ones we actually get asked.
- How many times can I claim?
- As many times as you need. There is no claim limit, no cooling-off period between claims, and no point at which the cover quietly downgrades.
- Do I need the original receipt?
- No. Your order is on file. If you bought through a partner shop, the shop's record is enough.
- What does the replacement cost?
- Nothing. No deductible, no restocking fee, no shipping charge. That is the whole point of the promise.
- I'm changing phones — does the warranty follow?
- The shield is laser-cut per device, so a new phone needs a new shield. Existing customers pay half price, and the lifetime warranty starts again on the new purchase.
